Mr. Sean Heng is a partner of HT LAWYERS. Mr. Sean Heng obtained his Bachelor
of Laws (Honours) from the University of East London in 1994 and Bachelor of Laws
from the University of Tasmania in 1995. He is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme
Court of Victoria, Australia and was also admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the
High Court of Malaya. Mr Sean Heng has been practicing law since 1996.

Mr. Des Tiong graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws. He is
admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria, Australia and a
Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of Australia. He is also admitted but not
currently practicing as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Sabah and Sarawak
(Borneo in East Malaysia) and an Attorney of the Cayman Islands. He had practised law
as a commonwealth lawyer in a number of overseas jurisdictions and has been an
Australian lawyer since 1996. His experience covers a wide range of commercial and
property work as well as corporate and business matters. He is also a conveyancing
solicitor.
Ms. Shirley Cheah is the office manager at the firm. She graduated with a Bachelor of
Commerce from University of Adelaide. She assists the firm in conveyancing matters.
